Coming up through New York's graffiti scene gave him a fluency that formal training alone can't teach. His stylized digital work carries that influence forward: rich, saturated palettes that channel NYC grit alongside Jamaican warmth, figures rendered with the sharp elegance of African dandyism. He treats historical references not as something precious to preserve, but as raw material to remix—bringing street-level directness to spaces that typically expect reverence.
Some of the best things happen in pairs. Co-Op Mode captures a moment anyone who spent their youth in front of an arcade cabinet will recognize instantly — two women, fully dressed, fully present, locked in. One wrong move and it's over. Neither is making it.
There's a joy here that the retro illustration style carries perfectly: the warm cream field, the painted texture, the Road Racer cabinet glowing teal between them. But look at how they're dressed — orange, blue, heels, presence. These are women who arrived. The arcade was just where they happened to stop.
